Set across over 800 acres of rolling North Yorkshire countryside, with the iconic Roseberry Topping rising in the distance, our thirty drives recreate the challenge and variety of real partridge and pheasant shooting. On your shoot, you’ll experience four of them – each matched to the wind, the conditions, and the flow of the day. Born from the old drives of the legendary Thrushwood Shoot, we’ve preserved the heritage, precision, and realism that true shooting enthusiasts crave.
Here, you bring your own gun and we build the rest of the day around you. From the first flush to the final burst of clays, each pull tests your skill and sharpens your focus, with the rush of wind in your face and eyes fixed on the open skies.
Between drives, enjoy delicious canapés and drinks. Back at the shoot room, gather around long rustic tables for a gourmet banquet – sharing stories, fine wine, and recounting the best shots.
